摘要
研究了在表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB),β-环糊精(β-CD)存在的条件下,铜与显色剂甲基百里香酚兰(MTB)的显色反应.试验结果表明,在pH=9.5的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,配合物的最大吸收波长λmax=56000,表观摩尔吸光每系数ε=1.032×104L·mol-1·cm-1,浓度在0~50μg/25mL范围内符合比百定律.适用于豆类及水中微量铜的测定.
The chromogenic reaction of copper with Methyl Thymol Blue in the presence of cetyltrimethylammoniun bromide,β-circle dextrin has been studied.The maximum absorption is found at 560 nm with its apparent molar absorptivity of 1 .032×104. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~ 50μg / 25ml.The method proved to be statisfactory for the direct detcrmination of copper in bean and water.
