摘要
本文依据更完整准确的实验结果,详细地分析了下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质内分泌系统中的相互作用机制,提出一个改进的数学模型系统描述各激素的分泌规律,给出与实验结果符合的一系列计算结果。
The hypothalamus-pituit ary-adrenal cortex axis forms an essential endocrine system in the human body.At present, there hare been some papers on quantitative analysis of this system. In this paper,we analyse the mechanism of interaction in this system according to more accurate experimental results, and propose an improved mathematical model describing the secretion of each hormone.The deductions from this model agree with the experimental results.
