强纯音暴露对豚鼠听神经动作电位潜伏期的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本实验对54只豚鼠在不同强度(95,110,125 dBSPL)不同时间(0.5,1.0,3.0h)的纯音2.83kHz暴露后,系统地观察了耳蜗听神经动作电位(AP)潜伏期的变化,一般观察到潜伏期恢复为止。用纯音暴露后,AP潜伏期的变化具有一定的频率特性。随着输入能量的增加,潜伏期延长出现的频率范围逐渐扩大,随着暴露强度的增加,其最明显的AP潜伏期延长频率发生着改变,AP潜伏期延长的恢复是很快的,一般在24~72h能恢复到暴露前水平。耳蜗代谢的变化尤其是内毛细胞代谢活动的改变,可能是造成AP潜伏期延长的主要因素。 Changes in lateney of the cochlear action potential (AP) in guinea pigs exposed to 2.83 kHz tone with changes of time (0.5 , 1.0, 3.0 h) and intensity (95, 110, 125 dBSPL) were observed systematically. The observation was continued before the change recovered. There were some frequency characteristics in latency prolongations after exposure.The greatest prolongation was different with various intensity exposures. The latency prolongation recovered completely in a short time. Metabolic changes in the cochlea, especially in the inner hair cells might be the major factor responsible for the AP latency prolongation
