摘要
目的探讨老年高血压的临床特点与治疗方法。方法对76例老年高血压病例作回顾性总结分析。结果 76例中血压基本恢复正常69例,6例未达正常,1例死于脑出血。结论通过对老年高血压患者进行非药物治疗和药物治疗可以达到有效控制血压,减少高血压并发症发生的目的。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A retrospective analysis of 38 elderly patients with hypertension cases.Results 76 cases of blood pressure basically returned to normal in 69 cases,6 cases less than normal,1 patient died of cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion The non-drug treatment and drug treatment in elderly hypertensive patients Achieve effective control of blood pressure and reduce hypertension complications.
