血清同型半胱氨酸和血浆B型钠尿肽联合检测在肺心病中的应用

The Application of Combination Determination of Serum Homocysteine and Plasma B-type Natriuretic Peptide for Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和B型钠尿肽(BNP)联合检测在肺心病早期诊断中的临床价值。方法检测60例肺心病患者(疾病组)和60例健康人(对照组)血清Hcy和血浆BNP浓度,比较两组的差异及两项指标的相关性。结果疾病组血清Hcy和血浆B型钠尿肽浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。肺心病患者血清Hcy与血浆BNP水平呈正相关,两者相关系数r=0.23(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy和血浆BNP的检测对肺心病的早期诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of combination determination of homocysteine（Hcy） and B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP） for early diagnosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 60 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease（disease group） and 60 cases of healthy people（control group） were randomly selected in this study.Serum Hcy and plasma BNP were determined.Then the difference between the two group and the correlation between Hcy and BNP were compared.Results Both Serum Hcy and plasma BNP in disease group were higher than the control group（P0.05）.Serum Hcy was positively correlated with plasma BNP.The correlation coefficient between Serum Hcy and plasma BNP is 0.23（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination determination of Serum Hcy and plasma BNP has significant value early diagnosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
