CXCR4在肺癌组织芯片中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测趋化因子受体4(CXC chemokinereceptortype4,CXCR4)在各种肺癌组织及相应正常肺组织中的表达并分析其临床病理意义。方法应用组织芯片技术和免疫组化法检测110例肺癌组织和12例相应正常肺组织CXCR4蛋白的表达。结果 CXCR4蛋白主要表达于细胞膜和细胞浆,在相应正常肺组织、肺腺癌、肺鳞癌和小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达率依次升高,分别为8.3%(1/12)、87.1%(31/36)、65.2%(43/66)、100%(8/8),4组间差异有显著性(P<0.001);在高、中、低分化程度的肺腺癌和肺鳞癌组织中,CXCR4蛋白的阳性表达率分别为9.1%(1/11)、78.1%(50/64)、92.6%(25/27),3组间差异有显著性(P<0.001);CXCR4蛋白在有转移的肿瘤组织和无转移的肺癌组织中的阳性率分别为90.7%(68/75)和42.9%(15/35)。结论 CXCR4在部分肺癌组织中高表达,且与肺癌组织类型及肺癌组织侵袭转移能力密切相关。
