摘要
由于生产能力的提高 ,净化系统空塔出口气体温度高达 83℃ ,不仅使下游玻璃钢设备的安全受到威胁 ,也制约了生产能力的进一步提高 ,于是对空塔进行改造。根据对顺流式空塔的喷淋及传热模式的分析 ,重新设计了喷嘴 ,使喷淋液在设备中心附近集中 ;缩小了进气管直径 ,以提高进口气体的流速。结果证明 ,对空塔工作原理的分析是正确的 ,改造是成功的。
