摘要
介绍 8 0kt/a和 1 2 0kt/a硫磺制酸装置所用两台全自然循环水管式高温废热锅炉的结构特点和运行情况。两台锅炉均采用直通卧式方烟道结构 ,烟道的四周为膜式水冷壁 ,受热面为 38mm× 4mm的光管、双翅片管和螺旋鳍片管。其中一台锅炉前半部中间沿炉气流动方向设置了两道隔墙 ,隔墙内不设受热面 ;另一台锅炉中间设置了一个完整的空烟道 ,作为内副线 ,在空烟道出口安装了一个墩式调节阀 ,用来调节空烟道和两侧烟道内的烟气流量。锅炉投运后一直很正常 ,特别是内副线的设置 ,方便了烟气出口温度的调节 ,减少了泄漏点 ,使蒸汽产量有了很大的提高。

Installation of inner bypass facilitated adjusting of outlet gas temperature, reduced possible leak points and raised steam output 〔
