摘要
目的:了解血清中血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和细胞角蛋白19片段(CEFRA21-1)三种肿瘤标志物在肺癌中的临床诊断价值。方法:采用化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)技术测定73例肺癌患者、67例肺良性疾病患者〈70例健康人血清中的NSE、CEh和CYFRA21—1水平。结果:肺癌组的三种肿瘤标志物水平均高于肺良性疾病组和正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);NSE、CEA和CYFRA21—1的敏感性分别为47:09%.50.7%和56.2%;特异性分别为90.5%、88.3%和86.9%;三者联合检测的敏感性和特异性分别为89.1%和94.2%。结论:血清NSE、CEA和CYFRA21—1是诊断肺癌的重要指标,3项联合检测可以互补,有助于临床对肺癌的早期诊断、疗效检测及预后判断。
Objective: to study the serum serum neuron specific enolase (NSE), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cytokeratin 19 flagment ( GYFRA21 - 1 ) three tumor markers in the clinical diagnostic value of lung cancer. Methods : using chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) technology were measured in 73 cases of lung cancer patients, 67 cases of lung benign disease patients, 70 cases of healthy people in the serum NSE and CEA and CYFRA21 - 1 level. Results : lung cancer group of three tumor markers level are high'er than the lung benign dis- ease group and normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) ; NSE and CEA and the sensitivity of the CYFRA21 - 1 were 47.9% , 50. 7% and 56. 2% ; Specificity were 90. 5% , 88.3% and 86. 9% ; The combined detection sensitivity and specificity were 89. 1% and 94. 2% respectively. Conclusion: the serum NSE and CEA and CYFRA21 - 1 is an important index of lung cancer diagnosis, 3 of joint detection can be complementary, help clinical to lung cancer early diagnosis and curative effect and prognostic detection.
