维斯第材料治疗肛周脓肿的临床研究

目的：探讨使用维斯第（VSD）材料治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效研究。方法：将我院2007年3月至2011年6月收治的85例肛周脓肿患者，分为实验组（45例）与对照组（40例），实验组患者均采用维斯第材料负压吸引方法治疗，奸照组患者则采用常规方法治疗。观察治疗效果及治愈情况，对二者差异性进行比较。结果：实验组患者住院时间、复发率相对对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用维斯第材料及中心负压吸引对肛周脓肿的愈合有明显的改善，愈合速度相较常规治疗较快，患者住院时间较短，有效降低就医成本，并且复发几率较小，且易操作，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the use of VSD material in the treatment of perianal abscess operation after wound healing in clinical research. Methods ： retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2007 March to 2010 June, 85 cases of perianal abscess patients, male 50 cases, female 35 cases, all the patients were then divided into the experimental group （ 45 cases） and control group （ 40 cases）, patients in the experi- mental group were using the Weiss article material suction method treatment, the control patients with routine treatment. To observe the curative effect and cure situation, on two difference comparison. Results： the experimental group patients hospitalization time, recurrence rate, complica- tion and more after the speed relative to the control group increased obviously （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： the Weiss article materials and center vacuum suction on perianal abscess extrusion treatment skin defect healing is significantly improved compared to conventional treatment, healing rate is rapidder, patients hospitalized for less time, reduce the cost of medical treatment, and less complications and easy to operate, it is worthy of clinical application.
