慢性非结石性胆囊炎的外科治疗

目的：探讨慢性非结石性胆囊炎的诊治策略，提高诊治水平。方法：对31例慢性非结石性胆囊炎的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：22例行单纯胆囊切除术。术后随访1～2年，症状缓解率可达95．5％；另9例保守治疗。结论：对于症状轻、年老体弱者，首选保守治疗；经过药物治疗无明显效果的患者应选择手术治疗。

Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment of chronic acalculous cholecystitis strategy,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods：31 cases of chronic acalculous choleeystitis ： We reviewed the clinical data analysis. Results：22 cases underwent simple cholecystectomy. Patients were followed up for l - 2years,symptom relief rate of up to 95.5%. Conclusion： for the symptoms of light,the old and infirm, the conservative treatment of choice ; after drug treatment had no significant effect of patients should be selected operation treatment.
