EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症1例分析

EDTA（乙二胺四乙酸盐）是被国际血液标准化委员会（IC—SH）推荐的对血细胞影响较小的血液抗凝剂，作为血常规检测常用抗凝剂。但EDTA偶可引起血小板体外黏附、聚集，使血液分析仪不能自动识别，导致血小板计数减低，从而导致血小板出现假性减低的现象，这就是EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症（EDTA—PTCP）。现将本院1例EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症的诊治报道如下。
