摘要 探讨以 PE为皮以 PET为芯进行复合纺丝的生产工艺 ,指出生产中应严格控制好纺丝温度 ,总拉伸倍数为 3.80 ,拉伸温度为 70~ 75℃ ,并控制好卷曲过程中纤维的幅宽、厚薄 ,卷曲辊温度及卷曲压力等 ,可获得质量稳定的 PE/ PET复合纤维。 The production process of PE\|PET sheath\|core bi\|component fiber, PE as sheath and PET as core, was described.It was pointed out that the spinning parameters such as spinning temperature, the fiber width and thickness during crimping, crimping roller temperature and crimping pressure etc. play important roles in production and should be well controlled. The PE\|PET bi\|component fiber with consistent quality can be obtained when total draw ratio is 3 80 and drawing temperature is in the range of 70~75℃.
