摘要
氯化钾和硫酸反应得硫酸氢钾并副产盐酸。硫酸氢钾和碳酸氢铵反应得硫酸钾铵 ,再加入磷酸二铵 ,经搅拌、浓缩、干燥即得含有N、P2 O5、K2 O的无氯三元复肥。该工艺流程简单 ,原料综合利用好 ,生产成本低 ,经济效益好。
KHSO 4 was prepared along with hydrochloric acid by KCl reacted with sulfuric acid.The N,P 2O 5,K 2O non-chloride tri-compound fertilizer was obtained by reacftion of KHSO 4 with NH 4HCO 3 first to produce K(NH 4)SO 4,which was then added with (NH 4) 2HPO 4,followed by stirring,concentration and drying.The process is simple,with good comprehensive utilization of raw materials,low production cost and high economic benefit.
