卵巢上皮性肿瘤中Ezrin的表达及意义

EXPRESSIONS OF EZRIN IN OVARIAN EPITHELIAL TUMORS AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 目的:探讨埃兹蛋白Ezrin在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法:选取1994-01~2003-12在哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院和牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院手术治疗的卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者组织标本135例。采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Ezrin在肿瘤组织的表达,分析其相关性和临床意义。结果:(1)恶性卵巢肿瘤中Ezrin的表达阳性率明显高于良性与交界性肿瘤,差异有显著性(P=0.0006);(2)Ezrin与FIGO临床分期、淋巴结转移、腹水显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:Ezrin的过表达与恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的浸润、转移密切相关,有可能成为新的治疗靶点。 Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance ot Eznn in ovarian epithelial tumors. Memoas:r rom January 1994 to December 2003, ovarian epithelial tumors of 135 patients operated in Gynecology Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and Affiliated Red Flag Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University were selected as the samples. The expressions of Ezrin in ovarian epithelial tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:The frequency of Ezrin positive expression in malignant ovarian tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in ovarian benign and borderline tumor tissues, with a significant difference between two groups ( P = 0. 0006). Ezrin positive expression in ovarian tumor was significantly involved in FIGO clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and ascites (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:The protein expressions of Ezrin may participate in the inva- sion and metastasis of ovarian epithelial tumors, which is likely to be new target of therapy of malignant ovarian tumor.
