Ephrin-B2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

EPHRIN-B2 EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE IN BREAST CANCER

目的:探讨Ephrin-B2.在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测50例乳腺癌组织和20例正常乳腺组织中Ephrin-B2的蛋白表达,并结合临床病理特征进行相关统计学分析。结果:Ephrin-B2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达明显高于正常组织,并且与乳腺癌病理分型和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与其他病理因素无关(p>0.05)。结论:Ephrin-B2在乳腺癌的发展与转移中发挥重要作用,为Ephrin-B2为靶点的癌症治疗提供新的思路。

Objective ：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ephrin - B2 in breast cancer. Methods：Using SABC immunohistochemical methods to detect the expression of Ephrin - B2 in 50 patients with breast carcinoma and 20 normal tissues in healthy people. Results： EPHRIN - B2 in Breast carcinoma was significantly higher than normal tissue. And metastasis of brsast carcino- ma. Conclusion： Ephrin - B2 might coordinatively cause the genesis of breast carcinoma.
