摘要
荧光光度法测定微量氰离子是法医毒物分析中的一种新方法。但在测定过程中,多种因素如溶液的pH值、测定时间、试剂浓度等均影响测定结果的准确性。本文详细地阐述了如何选择各种测定条件,才能获得稳定的最大荧光值。本法应用于5种水样中微量氰离子的测定,结果满意。
A new. method for determination of trace cyanic ions with fluorometrie method in forensic toxicological analysis is introduced. There are many factors which may affect the accuracy of the results,such as pH value of the solution, time of determination,concentration of the reagents,and so on.This article gives a detailed description about how to select the determining conditions under which one may get the largest and stable fluorescence intensity for the determination. It also gives the results of determination of cyanic ions with this method in 5 samples of watar, and the results are very satisfactory.
