Wnt/β-catenin信号通路调控肝细胞生长及Galectin-3的重要作用
摘要
最早的wnt基因是由Nusse等于1982年发现并报道,从鼠类乳腺癌病毒(MMTV)诱导的小鼠乳腺癌中克隆出的种原癌基因,当时被称为int-1基因。接下来的研究发现int-l基因与1973年Sharma报道的果蝇的无翅基因Wingless(wg)为同源基因,所以将两者合并命名为Wnt。后来运用PCR技术发现了大量Wnt家族成员,从线虫到脊椎动物的许多物种中均有Wnt基因家族成员的存在,人类基因组中已经发现和经试验证实共有19个wnt基因,果蝇中有7个。
