综述了聚硅烷的光学特性、电学特性、光敏特性、热分解转化特性及功能化改性等多种奇异特性 ,并分别阐述了其在相应领域的应用现状及发展前景。
s:Optical and electrical properties,as well as photosensitive properties,thermolysis properties and functionalization properties of polysilanes were all reviewed in the paper.And their applications in the relative fields were also discussed and analyzed.
