走进山东省郓州监狱，呈现出的是一派生机盎然的景象：雄伟的综合备勤大楼。景色宜人的景观园林，使整个院落显得分外和谐美丽。近年来，郓州监狱把精神文明创建作为推动监狱事业统筹和谐发展的精神动力、智力支持，有力地促进了各项事业的蓬勃发展，先后荣获全省司法行政工作先进集体、监狱工作先进集体、创先争优争做齐鲁先锋活动先进集体、全省监狱队伍建设工作先进集体等多项荣誉，2009年12月被山东省省直文明委授予“省直文明单位”。

The creation of civilization requires the participation of everyone. Taking the creation of civilizationas a platform, Yunzhou Prison constantly strengthens ideological and moral construction. Every month, the prison formulates the ideological and moral education program and makes efforts to integrate the education of socialist concepts of honor and disgrace, socialist concepts of legal education and basic civil and moral education with the entire process of spiritual civilization.
