摘要 研究了用具 -CH2 N (CH2 COOH)CH2 CH2 N (CH2 COOH) 2 官能团的SL -4 0 1多氨羧基螯合树脂浓集微量金属离子Cu2 +和Zn2 + 的条件。建立了SL -4 0 1螯合树脂分离 -FAAS法测定生物样品中的微量Cu2 + 和Zn2 + 的一种方法。将该法用于牛心、猪心和猪肝等生物样品中微量金属离子的测定 ,取得了满意的结果。 In this paper the conditions of enrichment of the traces of Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ by SL-401 multi-amino-carboxylic chelating resin with the group of -CH 2N(CH 2COOH)CH 2CH 2N(CH 2COOH) 2 were studied. A new method of the FAAS determination of the traces of Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ in biological samples by separation with SL401 resin was established. It was used for the determination of the traces of Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ in cattle or pig heart and liver biological samples respectively and the satisfactory results were obtained.
