摘要
基于遥感与地理信息系统技术,对Landsat TM影像进行解译,获得了盐城市2000年和2009年的土地利用分类结果。同时,采用美国围防气象卫星数据和盐城市统计年鉴数据.对土地利用变化驱动力进行了分析。分析表明:①2000~2009年间,盐城市的土地利用类型发生了重大的变化.综合变化率为0.75,并且滩涂湿地变化率最高为-8.23,其次是水域为-5.17.林草地为3.27。建筑用地为2.24,耕地为0.69。②耕地主要转化为建筑用地,转化面积达349.806km2.其次为水域:建筑用地面积增加了近100km2,主要由耕地、水域和滩涂湿地转化丽来;林草地主要转化为耕地,转化面积的增加主要是由滩涂湿地转化而来;水域主要转化为耕地;滩涂湿地主要转化为耕地,转化面积为144.59km2.③2000~2009年间,盐城市土地利用变化主要受到城市化水平的提高。人口、经济的进一步增长以及国家的方针和地方的政策等多方面因素的共同影响。④研究揭示了盐城市近10年间土地利用变化特征及其驱动力.为该地区的进一步合理开发利用土地提供一定的参考依据。
Based on the technology of remote sensing and GIS (geographic information system), and according to the Landsat TM images , this paper obtained the land use database of Yancheng city in tile year of 2000 and 2009. And we analyzed the reasons, which due to the land use changes, based on the DMSP data and Yancheng city Bureau of statistics. The results show that: ①In tire five kinds of land use types, the overall rate of land use change was 0.75, and the largest rate of land use change was beach wetland, which was -8.23, followed by water as -5.17, forest arrd grassland was 3.27. buihting site was 2.24, farmland was 0.69; ②During the 2000-2009, the farmland was mainly converted to building site and the transfer area was 349.806 km2, followed by water; the building site area increased nearly 100 kmz, aud the increased area of building site was converted from farmland, water and beach welland; forest and grassland mainly changed into farmland, and the increased area was mainly converted from beach wetland; water mainly changed into farmland, followed by building site; beach wetland mainly changed into farmland, the area Was 144.59 km:; ③Urbanization, populalion expansion, economic development and government planning can be viewed as the main driving factors of land use change in the study area in 2000-2009; ④Inthe paper, we studied on the driving forces of land use change of Yancheng city in 2000-2009, which can bc provided for the sustainable use and management of land.
