城市化背景下的北京市通州区土地利用遥感监测

Remotely Sensed Monitoring of Land-use Change in Tongzhou District in Beijing in the Context of Urbanization

以北京市通州区为例,基于Landsat-TM影像等基本数据源,提取了研究区土地利用的类型、位置和面积。采用RS和GIS相结合的方法,从数量特征和空间布局的角度出发,对研究区内各土地利用类型的用地规模和空间分布特征进行动态监测,揭示了不同阶段下通州区土地利用的转移规律和总体特点。结果表明:研究区土地利用类型受城市化影响在不同阶段呈现出不同的数量、分布特征。1992~1999年,土地利用结构无明显变动,但自2005年以来受北京市城市总体规划和人口经济的影响,以工业、住宅等为主要目的的建设用地呈迅猛增长的趋势,且扩张方向以围绕环线和主干路网为主。2011年,建设用地扩张步伐有所放缓,通州区土地利用结构再次进入内部调整阶段。

Based on the interpretation of Landsat-TM data, this paper took tile Tongzhoa District in Beijing as an example, studied the land use types, locations and total land area of the study area. l：rom tile perspeetives of quantitative characteristics and spatial arrangement, we analyzed the scale and spatial distribution of every land use type with the technology of RS anti GIS. And the metastatie patterns and general characteristics under different deteetion periods were revealed as well. The result sho^s that different urban development stages in the study area present different characteristics. From 1992 to 1999, land use structure change remained constant. From 2005, Hrban construction land increased rapidly along the inner ring and main roads due to lhc land use plannillg and the increasing population and economy. In 2011, the rate of construction land expansion became slow and the land use s^ructurc in Tongzhou entered the stage of inner adjustment again.
