摘要 在调研金山店铁矿现有通风系统基础上,分析东区采场多中段开采时-410 m中段污风对-340 m中段的影响。建立基于CFX的矿山通风网络三维模型,并结合现场数据对其准确性进行检验。通过新掘及改造中段回风天井、增加局扇等措施改善东区-340 m中段通风,并通过模拟分析,判断优化方案可行性。利用CFX软件分析矿区风流风速及流向,为通风网络优化和通风系统设计提供科学依据。 Based on the research for the existing ventilation system of Jinshandian Iron Mine, the impacts on - 340 m level due to the pollution air of -410 m level was simulated on the east stope multi-level mining. The 3D mine ventilation network model was established based on CFX and its accuracy was tested by the measured data. The ventilation of eastern - 340 m level was improved by excavating and transforming the air shafts, increasing local fans and other measures, and the feasibility of the optimization scheme was judged by the simulation and analysis. The analysis of the wind speed and flow of mine air based on CFX provides scientific basis for the ventilation network optimization and design of ventilation system.
