摘要
试验研究了聚硅酸锌絮凝剂的适宜制备条件和提高絮凝性能的适宜条件。以硅酸钠、硫酸锌等为原料制备聚硅酸硫酸锌絮凝剂。结果表明,当SiO2质量分数为2.0%、锌硅摩尔比为1.5、活化时间和熟化时间均为1 h时去浊率最高,分别为99.6%和99.1%;在适宜的絮凝条件,即絮凝剂投加量1.0 mL/L、pH为6.4~10.0、絮凝沉降时间10 min时,去浊率为99.0%,余浊为0.8 FTU;经与聚硅酸铝絮凝剂在余浊、絮体形态、光学电镜照片进行对比,聚硅酸锌絮凝剂性能明显优于聚硅酸铝。
The research for the suitable preparation condition and the suitable flocculation performance to poly-zinc silicate sulfate coagulant was investigated.The results show that turbidity removal rate is 99.6% and 99.1% when w(SiO2) was 2.0%,n(Zn):n(Si) molar rate was 1.5,activation time and age time was 1 h.The residual turbidity was 0.8 FTU and turbidity removal rate was 99.0% when flocculant optimal dosage was 1.0 mL/L,pH area of application was 6.4~10.0 and sedimentation time was 10 min in flocculation test.PZSS performance obviously better than polyaluminium silicate sulfate flocculant when PZSS was compared with poly-aluminum silicate flocculant of residual turbidity,floc morphology and optical microscopy photograph.
