摘要 用碳素和硅橡胶研制的一种新型人工气管,对20条杂种健康成犬,施行了颈部气管的再建。以Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型人工气管分为3组实验,结果表明Ⅱ型人工气管优于其他两型,最长存活期247天。在部分人工气管的周围组织中,可观察到新生的软骨及骨组织。 Twenty dogs were divided into g groups. Nine to eleven tracheal rings were resected and then replaced by a new prosthesis made of carbolic fibre and silicon according to the criteria of the tracheal biomechanics in dogs. The anastomotic methods in these 3 groups with different models of prosthesis were evaluated. The artifical tracheal Model Ⅱ resulted better than Models J or Ⅲ, with the longest survival period of 247 days.
