立井井筒注浆封堵固液耦合数值模拟 被引量:6

Solid-liquid Coupling Numerical Simulation on Vertical Shaft Grouting Sealing

摘要 针对某煤矿复杂水文地质条件下立井井筒严重涌水的实际情况,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的综合研究方法,深入分析了立井井筒涌水机理;结合井筒围岩特性和周围地下水渗流场的变化规律,通过试验研究,选择以马丽散N为主的注浆材料;在考虑水体作用条件下,通过FLAC3D对立井井筒注浆封堵进行固液耦合数值模拟,分析了马丽散N在立井井筒注浆封堵中的使用效果;经过实测煤矿涌水量最终小于0.05 m3/h,达到了防治井壁破裂、封堵涌水的目的,抑制了井壁附加应力。 In terms of serious water gushing of vertical shaft under the condition of complicated hydrogeology of some coal mine, the pa- per analyzes water gushing mechanism of vertical shaft deeply by adopting a comprehensive research method combined theoretical analy- sis with numerical simulation. It applies the grouting material based on Marithan N by a series of experimental study, combining features of shaft surrounding rock with change rules of seepage field in the groundwater. At the same time, considering the function of body of water, it analyzes the effects of Marithan N in the process of grouting of vertical shaft by means of numerical simulation of inflow of water used by grouting sealing of vertical shaft fi'om FLAC3D. At last, 'after testing, water inflow of coal mine is smaller than 0.05 m3/h, it a- chieves the prevention of rupture of shaft lining, sealing water, at the same time, it curbs additional pressure from shaft lining.
