摘要
以保安煤矿采区变电所硐室为研究对象,通过地应力观测、类比分析研究了变电所变形破坏原因,并针对性地提出了变电所的二次加固方案。通过研究发现:大埋深和接近垂直巷道走向的地应力是变电所变形破坏的主要原因,而不同的顶底板围岩性质是导致不同位置变形破坏程度不同和变形破坏加剧的直接原因,小煤岩柱是导致巷道围岩变形的重要因素;通过理论研究和类比分析,提出了锚注反底拱结合煤岩柱对穿锚索的二次加固方案;通过现场实践,实现了巷道的加固,控制了变电所巷道的变形,保证了变电所的使用。
Abstract:Taking Baohn coal mine substation as the research object, through the ground stress observation and analogy analysis, the paper studies the reasons of the substation deformation and failure, and countermeasures of substation secondary reinforcement scheme are put forward. The study shows that large buried depth and the ground stress that close to the vertical roadway trend are the main rea- son for the destruction of substation, and different kinds of natures of roof and floor of surrounding rock are direcl reasons resulting in the different degree and deformation and failure increasing in different positions, small coal rock pillars is an important factor leading to deformation of surrounding rock. Through the theoretical research and analogy analysis, the paper puts forward tile secondary anchor re- inforcement scheme by using bolt - grouting inverted arch to combine with coal rock pillars to wear anchor eable. Through the practice, it can achieve the roadway reinforcement, control the roadway deibrmation of substation, which ensures the use of substation.
