实验性脑缺血—再灌流组织脂质过氧化损伤观察

OBSERVATION OF TISSUE O_2^- RELATIVE LEVELS AND LIPO - PEROXIDATION IN EXPERIMENTAL CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA - REPERFUSION

对犬脑不同时间局部脑缺血—再灌流组织O_2^-相对水平及过氧化脂质水平进行了观察。结果表明,单纯缺血组与对照组相比禾见有意义的差别。再灌流组则存在有意义的差别。O_2^-相对水平在再灌流早期明显增高。过氧化脂质则呈现逐渐增高的趋势。

Tissue O2- relative levels and lipo-peroxidation were measured following various course of ischemia-reperfusion in dogs. The experimental results illustrated that O2-relative levels and lipo-peroxidation in ischemia-reperfusion groups were obviously higher than that in the control gsoup, but there is no significant difference between pure ischemia and the control group.
