摘要
以西藏结则茶卡盐湖卤水为原料,采用D564硼特效树脂进行了离子交换吸附硼的试验研究,主要考察了硼浓度、吸附流速和树脂再生等因素对树脂吸附性能的影响,以及载硼树脂的解吸性能。尽管原料中杂质Na+和Cl-质量浓度均较高(分别为43.51g/L和64.12g/L),在一定程度上影响和干扰硼的吸附,但是通过对工艺条件的控制和选择,获得了较好的试验指标:树脂对硼的吸附率>97%,工作吸附容量约26mg/mL湿树脂(以B2O3计),吸后液中B2O3质量浓度<50mg/L;解吸率100%,解吸液中B2O3质量浓度达6.0g/L。表明D564在复杂体系中对硼具有高选择性。以离子交换试验获得的解吸液为原料,采用蒸发浓缩—冷却结晶工艺可获得符合国家质量标准(GB538-90)的硼酸产品,工艺简单,易于实施。
The experiment is carried out on extracting boron from Tibetan Jiezechaka Salt Lake brine by D564 boron specific ion excbange resin. The various factors of effect on the boron adsorp tion including boron initial concentration, flow rate and regenera- tion of resin are investigated carefully. And the elution ability of the resin is studied. The content of the impurity ions including Na and CF are quite big, that affects the boron adsorption, but through the control and choice of technology conditions, the good experiment results are obtained as follows: the adsorption percent- age is in excess of 97%, the work adsorption capacity is 26mg/mL wet resin, and the boron content of adsorption solution is less than 0.05 g/L (BzO:,) the elution percentage is 100%, the boron con- tent of elution solution reaches 6.0 g/L. The results show that the D564 resin has high selectivity to boron in the complex system. Through evaporation and pexitropy, the elution solution , thai is obtained by ion exchange experiment is made boric acid product ac- cording to national standards. The technology is simple and easy to he put in practice.
