摘要
研究了湿法磷酸液相氟的回收过程,对湿法磷酸进行脱氟和以中间产物氟硅酸钾为原料制备氟化钾,确定选用碳酸钾和含硅化合物x作为脱氟剂和助脱氟剂,氟硅酸钾继续加碱中和生成氟化钾产品。通过实验得出最佳工艺条件,最佳工艺条件下的氟化钾收率可达82.75%,纯度可达94.20%。
The recycling process of liquid fluorine in wet- process phosphoric acid (WPA) was researched, Defluorination was made from WPA and potassium fluoride was prepared using the intermediate product of potassium fluosilieate. Potassium car- bonate was selected as defluorination agent and silicon-containing compound x as defluorination auxiliary agent. Alkali was added into potassium fluosilicate to generate potassium fluoride. The optimum process conditions were obtained from the experiment, with the yield and purity of potassium fluoride being 82. 75% and 94.20%.
