摘要
Tianjin Women＇s Hand-knit Association was tbunded in 2005. Since then, it has focused on developing the bead-production industry in the city. The association has established production and research and development teams. The association often organizes free lectures for its members and conducts training, such as teaching members the latest production techniques. Many laid-off women and physically challenged people make beads, which allow them to earn a living in their homes.
