摘要
考察了PES/NMP/PVP制膜体系和PES/PEG/DMAc制膜体系纺制中空纤维超滤膜的成膜条件 ;并以PEG为添加剂 ,在RH为 80 %以下 ,PES质量分数为 2 2 % ,DMAc为溶剂时 ,纺制了对牛血清蛋白的截留率为 98% ,透水率为 4 80L/(m2 ·h) (0 1MPa)的内压中空纤维超滤膜 ;该膜在 70 %的乙醇溶液中运行发生纤维弯曲变形 ,说明该膜处理 70 %的乙醇溶液时 ,膜的结构与性能也发生了变化 ;同时 ,提出了根据漏点数目来判断中空纤维超滤膜的耐压性能和膜缺陷的方法 .
A study of the spinning of hollow fibres from both PES/PVP/NMP and PES/PEG/DMAc solutions is reported It is shown that a PES hollow fibre UF membrane with more than 98% rejection rate for B S A and 480?L/(m 2·h) flux for pure water can be spun from a DMAc solution with 22% PES mass fraction and PEG as an additive at room temperature and RH less than 80% When this membrane is used to filter a 70% ethanol-water solution, the hollow fibres distort and deform showing that the structure and performance of the PES membranes change in 70% ethanol-water solution In addition, a method for evaluating the pressure-resistance and quality of the membrane in terms of the number of leakage points of the membrane after the membrane operates at a pressure of 0 4 MPa for 30 minutes is suggested.
