叙述国内纯碱煅烧炉的概况以及我公司￠3m×30m纯碱煅烧炉的设计过程,并介绍该蒸汽煅烧炉的生产技术指标及各装置的运行情况。该煅烧炉的设计不仅在国内为首创,且具有设计合理、结构新颖、性能可靠、运转周期长等特点,特别是在进汽轴、炉内加热管、大齿轮与炉体的连接以及滚圈、进碱密封等方面都有所创新。通过与国内外同类技术的比较分析及五年多的生产运行表明,该设计无论在生产能力、蒸汽消耗、CO_2浓度以及煅烧损失等主要工艺指标方面均处于国内领先地位,并达到了引进国外同类设备的先进水平,已在同行业中推广与应用。

General situation of domestic alkali calciner and the design procedure of φ3 m × 30 m external-returning alkali steam calciner has been described, and production technical index of the calciner and plant operation has been introduced. The design of the calciner is not only the national first style,but also has the character of creative design,suitable structure, reliable performance and long-life operation term, especially some new creation in steam inlet shaft, internal heating pipe, connection between driving gear and calciner body, alkali inlet seal. Compared to counterpart technology abroad and more than five years operation,the design,not only in production output,steam consumption and CO2 content,but also in calcining loss etc. ,has taken lead in nation and attained advanced level of imported equipment,and has already extended and applied in counterpart factory.
