固体硫磺受存放、运输等因素影响,经常出现杂质、水分含量过高现象,给硫磺制酸的原料预处理带来了困难。针对原来过滤介质的不足而研制开发的刚性烧结金属丝网多孔材料,具有强度高、刚性好、孔道均匀稳定、阻力小、反洗再生性能好,用其制造的液硫过滤器采用多罐并联切换操作,可实现连续化、自动化生产,使用证实其性能稳定、操作简便,效果好。

Owing to storage,handling,and other factors, the content of impurities and water in solid sulfur often becomes so high that the pretreatment of raw material for sulfur-based sulfuric acid production is difficult. Aimed at addressing the deficiency of the original filter medium, the rigid sintered metal-mesh porous material is developed, which is characterized by high strength, high rigidity, homogeneous and stable pores, low resistance, and good back-wash regeneration performance. The liquid sulfur filter made of the material, with interchangeable operation of in-parallel multiple tanks, helps realize the continuous and automatic production. Practice demonstrates reliable performance, simple operation, and good effects of the new type of liquid sulful filter.
