摘要
本文作者认为,服装企业采用服装品牌标准化运行(VMP)是一种发展趋势,无论本土服装企业选择欧版VMP还是本土VMP运行模式,企业内部管理的理顺和平台搭建将是关键。
The author holds that it is a developing trend for Chinese garment enterprises to adopt a standardized garment brand operating system such as the "Visual. Management/Marketing. Product" (V.M.P) system. For local garment enterprises, whether they choose the European -version V. M. P system or a local V. M. P system, the key is to streamline their internal management and set up related platform.
