10GyX线头部照射对大鼠胸腺细胞增殖能力的影响及其神经内分泌机制探讨 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道,大鼠头部受10GyX线照射后48h,胸腺细胞自发参入~3H—TdR的能力下降,同时伴有胸腺重量减轻。当去肾上腺大鼠受到同样剂量头照后,上述变化完全消失。但利血平处理只能防止胸腺重量减轻,而~3H—TdR自发参入的能力仍有下降趋势。上述结果提示,头部照射所引起的胸腺细胞增殖能力和胸腺重量的变化与交感—肾上腺髓质系统和下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质系统的机能变化有密切关系。此外,甲状腺系统的机能变化也可能有一定的意义。 Head irradiation with 10 Gy X-rays in rats caused significant depression of spontaneous incorporation of 3H-TdR in thymocytes accompanied with a decrease in thymus weight in 48 hours.Bilateral adrenalectomy completely abolished the above-mentioned effect of head irradiation.Reserpine treatment only prevented the decrease in thymus weight but not the depression of spotaneous incorporation of 3H-TdR in the thymocytes.Tbe thymic changes following head irradiation was speculated to be related with shifts in the sympathetic-adrenomedullary as well as the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical and thyroid system.
