摘要
开放教育以其灵活开放的教育特点,已经成为人类进入知识经济时代后的最具活力的新型教育理念与教育模式,它和全球化之下教育的国际化一起,成为目前全世界共同关注的教育热点之一。笔者作为长期从事英语教师培训的工作者,对开放教育背景下的英语教师培训有源于实践的切身体会,本文聚焦开放教育英语教师培训的国际化问题,从研究的缘起、现状、时代机遇、面临的挑战以及推进策略等方面进行探讨,以期为英语教师培训的参加者、主持机构与管理机构提供相关的研究、决策与行动参考。
Open education, w characterized by its flexibility and openness, has become the most vigorous educational concept and educational model since our entrance to the knowledge economy era. At present, open education becomes one of the most influential issues all over the world and also in global educational internalization. As a long-term English teachers" trainer, the writer is keenly aware of the fact that English teachers training in open education comes from teaching experience. This paper therefore reports the internationalization of English teachers training in open ed- ucation from the origin, current situation, opportunities, challenges and further policies of the issue. The paper can provide helpful references for the attendants of English teachers training, host committees and management commit- tees.
