在酚醛树脂中加入含有多环芳烃的煤焦油组分和有机硅偶联剂,可显著提高其耐温和胶结性能,同时也降低了生产成本。实验结果表明,树脂中加入1%偶联剂和10%煤焦油,在10%乌洛托品作用下可使酚醛树脂的耐温和耐介质性能大大提高。固结体在 150℃下恒温7天后,抗压强度仍在 4 MPa以上。还讨论了煤焦油、偶联剂、树脂与粘结体之间的作用机理。
Phenolic resin cementing agent was modified by adding 10% coal tar and 1% coupling agent in the presence of 10% Urotropine. The properties such temperature resistance and adhesive force of the phenolic resin were greatly improved and the cost of production was reduced. The compression strength of consolidating body was above 4 MPa in 150 C for 7 days. The action mechanism of coal tar, coupling agent, resin and consolidating body was also discussed.
