摘要
传统DEA(数据包络分析)模型完全根据输入输出数据来计算决策单元的有效性,在评价过程中每个决策单元都力求自身效率最大,从而降低对评价不利指标的权重,甚至使其为零。这与实际情况及决策者意愿并不相符。为了突出指标的重要程度,引入了带有AHP(层次分析法)约束锥的DEA评价模型。并利用该模型对地铁站换乘效率进行评价,评价结果与传统DEA模型评价结果进行了比较,分析得出权重约束DEA模型更加贴近实际情况。
Traditional DEA (data envelopment analysis) model calculates the effectiveness of decision-making unit based entirely on input and output data. Every decision- making unit seeks its maximum efficiency, attempts to re- duce the value of disadvantageous weights even to zero, this does not conform to the fact and decision-makers' will. In this paper, the DEA model with AHP restraint cone is in- troduced in order to highlight the importance of indicators, by using this model the transfer efficiency could be evalua- ted. Compared with the traditional DEA, the consequence of this new model is closer to the actual situation.
