肺结核并呼吸衰竭60例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 60 cases of tuberculosis combined with respiratory failure

目的研究分析肺结核并呼吸衰竭的临床表现和治疗方法。方法对2011年5月至2012年3月我院收治的60例肺结核并呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果60例患者通过治疗后，好转44例，死亡7例，自动出院9例，其中6例患者出院后1个月内死亡。结论肺结核患者应早期进行诊治，合并呼吸衰竭时需要尽早治疗和控制原发病及继发感染，保护患者的心、肾、肝等主要脏器不受损，并使用呼吸机，及时纠正患者的呼吸衰竭，提高治疗效果。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical manifestations and treatment method for pul- monary tuberculosis combined with respiratory failure. Methods From May 2011 to March 2012 60 cases of pul- monary tuberculosis with respiratory failure were retrospectively analyzed on their clinical data. Results After treatment, patients improved in 44 cases, death 7 cases, automatic discharge of 9 patients, including 6 cases in patients discharged within 1 month after death. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment should be carried out for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure, to early control the primary disease and secondary infection, to protect patients＇ organs from being damaged, such as heart, kidney and liver, and other major organs, and the use of respirator, timely correction to patients with respiratory failure can also improve treatment effect.
