氧化铝催化合成马来酸二辛酯

摘要 首次将氧化铝用于催化合成马来酸二辛酯。最佳条件:醇酐摩尔比为3.0:1,氧化铝用量为酐质量的4%,回流反应1 h,转化率达99.5%,收率为88.1%。该催化剂价廉易得,可循环使用多次,不污染环境。 Aluminium oxide was first used for the synthesis of di-2-ethylhexyl maleate. The optimum conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of 2-ethylhexanol to maleic anhydride was 3. 0 : 1, the reaction time of reflux was 1 h, the amount of catalyst was 4 wt. % of that of maleic anhydride. The conversion of maleic anhydride was 99. 5% , and the yield of product reached 88. 1%. The catalyst had some advantages, such as easy to obtain with low price, feasible to be used repeatedly, and less pollution to the environment.
