更昔洛韦联合纳洛酮治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床研究

Clinical study on curative effect of gancidovir combined with naloxone in treatment for viral encephalitis in chil-dren

目的研究更昔洛韦联合纳洛酮治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将70例病毒性脑炎患儿随机均分为治疗组及对照组。两组患儿均采用常规综合治疗措施，对照组加用更昔洛韦静脉滴注治疗，治疗组加用更昔洛韦与纳洛酮静脉滴注治疗，7-10d为1个疗程。疗程结束时对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率（100％）明显高于对照组（80％），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。治疗组症状体征改善所需时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论采用更昔洛韦联合纳洛酮治疗病毒性脑炎比单用更昔洛韦疗效更好，且安全性较高。

Objective To research the curative effect of ganciclovir combining with naloxone in treating viral encephalitis in children. Methods 70 cases of viral encephalitis in children were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. Both 2 groups were given conventional comprehensive treatment measures. The treatment group was added ganciclovir and naloxone through intravenous drip while the control group just added ganiciclovir into the treatment. 7 or 10 days for a course of treatment. When the treatment finished, we comparedcurative effect and the time for improvement of symptoms and signs in 2 groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group （100.00%） was obviously higher than that in the control group （80.00%） （P〈0.01）. And the treatment group had shorter time in the time for improvement of symptoms and signs （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Com- bining ganciclovir with naloxone in the treating viral encephalitis in children has a better curative effect than sin- gle use of ganciclovir, and the treatment is much safer.
