微创穿刺加尿激酶溶解引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床应用

Linical application of micro-traumatic hematoma cleaning operation combine urokinase infusion in the treatmentof hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的观察微创穿刺加尿激酶溶解引流治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取我科30例高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象，均采用微创穿刺加尿激酶溶解引流治疗，通过CT等影像学检查、日常生活能力（ADL）评分评价临床疗效，记录治疗期间相关并发症的发生以评价安全性。结果所有患者引流时间4-10d，平均7．6d，存活26例（85％），死亡4例（15％）。并发症较少，预后恢复较好。结论微创穿刺联合尿激酶溶解引流治疗高血压性脑出血简单、安全、有效。

Objective To discuss the feasibility, efficiency and safety of application of micro-traumatic hematoma cleaning operation combined with urokinase infusion in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hem- orrhage. Methods 30 patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage were selected, all received mi- cro-traumatic hematoma cleaning operation combined with urokinase infusion treaunent, and we evaluated the clinical effect by CT images and ADL scores. Results All hematomas were removed in short time （4-10 days）, and the average time was 7.6 days. 26 patients （85%） survived and 4 patients （15%） dead, with less complication.The ADL score showed that most patients had good prognosis. Conclusion Micro-traumatic hematoma cleaning operation combined with urokinase infusion is a simple, effective, and safe method in treatint the hypertensive in- tracerebral hemorrhage.
