摘要
目的探讨激励式心理护理对儿科住院患者的护理效果。方法选取我院从2012年1月至6月的200例儿科住院患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为护理组和对照组两组,每组100例。对照组患者采取常规护理,护理组患者在对照组的基础上增加激励式心理护理。记录两组患者遵医行为的发生率和住院病程时间。结果护理组遵医行为积极参与率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。护理组病程显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论激励式心理护理可以显著减轻恐惧和害怕的心理,在治疗当中可以有效地促进患者与医护人员的合作,提高治疗的成功率和顺利程度,提高患者和家属的满意度,值得在今后护理中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of encourage psychological nursing for patients in the depart- ment of pediatrics. Methods 200 cases of patients in the department of pediatrics from January 2012 to June 2012 in our hospital were selected as objects. They were randomly divided into nursing group and control group, 100 cases for each group. The control group used routine nursing and encourage psychological nursing on the ba- sic of routine nursing was given to the nursing group. The incidence of medical compliance behavior and the length of hospitalization in two groups were recorded, Results The incidence of medical compliance behavior in the nursing group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The length of hospitalization in the nursing group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was sta- tistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Encourage psychological nursing can obviously reduce fear of pa-tients, promote the cooperation between patients and nurses, improve the success rate of treatment and increase the satisfaction degree of patients and family. So we think that it is worthy of being widely used in the future nurs- ing.
