摘要 以黑果龙葵为试材,研究了不同温度对其幼苗生长指标的影响。结果表明:在300μmol.m-2.s-1的光照条件下,昼/夜温度30℃/25℃~25℃/20℃有利于龙葵幼苗的生长;相对较高(35℃/30℃)或较低的温度(20℃/15℃~15℃/10℃)极显著地抑制了幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积的生长和地上、地下鲜重和干物质的积累;低温使龙葵幼苗叶片黄化、植株细弱。 Abstract-Taking Solanum nigrum Linn as experiment materials, the influence of different temperature on the growth indexes of Solanum nigrurn Linn seedlings were studied. The results showed that in the circumstances of a 300μmol·m^-2·s^-1 light intensity, Day/night temperature between 30℃/25℃ to 25℃20℃ was beneficial to the growth of seedling; a relatively higher temperature (35℃/30℃)or a relatively lower temperature (20℃/15℃ to 15℃/10℃) could inhibit the height,thickness of trunk and area of leaves and also inhibit the accumulation of weight of the above earth part and dry substances. Besides,at a lower temperature the leaves of seedlings would become yellow and the seedlings were thin.
