摘要
如何及时测定栲胶脱硫液中悬浮硫的含量是了解及提高脱硫效率的关键。传统的分析方法都需要很长时间 ,从而影响其及时性 ,往往会给生产造成危害。通过大量的实验和运用数理统计方法 ,得到一个快速测定栲胶液中悬浮硫含量的经验公式 ,弥补了重量法和碘量法耗时长的缺陷。经实际运用 ,证实该经验公式能满足生产要求。
How to determine promptly the content of suspended sulfur in the tannin extract desulfurizing solution is the key to finding out and improving the desulfurization efficiency. The conventional anaytical methods requrie a long time, thus impairing promptness and usually endangering production stability. By carrying out numerous experiments and employing mathematical statostocs, an empirical formula is obtained for the rapid determination of the content of suspended sulfur in the tannin extract solution, remedying the defece of time consuming of gravimetry and iodimetry. The empirical formula has been proven to satisfy production requirements in practical application.
