The actual production conditions are pesented of a  1 200 uniform temperature type methanol reactor, which has been in operation for five years, with stable production, an axial temperature difference stable at about 10 ℃, and a radial temperature differnce in the same plane not more than 5 ℃.Due to the small temperature difference, the first charge of synthesis catalyst has been in service for 44 months, an all time high in domestic productoin in a single reactor.
