摘要
在工程地质条件复杂、防渗要求高、工程量大等不利条件下,对大宁调蓄水库进行了现场帷幕灌浆试验。灌浆试验采用自上而下分段和自下而上分段的水泥灌浆工艺。通过对灌浆可行性的探讨,灌浆参数和钻孔压水试验数据以及灌浆试验效果的分析,得到了帷幕灌浆施工必需的设计参数,为下一步的施工提供了科学依据。试验结果表明达到了预期防渗标准,为复杂条件下帷幕灌浆积累了经验,可供同类大型工程帷幕灌浆时参考和借鉴。
Under an unfavorable circumstance with complicated engineering geological condition, higher anti-seepage require- ment, bigger grouting amount etc. , an in-situ curtain grouting experiment is carried out for Darting Storage Reservoir; for which the cement grouting technology of top-down and bottom-up segmented grouting is applied. Through the study on the feasibility of the grouting and the analysis on the grouting parameters, the data from drilling hole water pressure test and the effect of the grou- ting experiment, the design parameters necessary for the construction of the grouting are obtained, and then a scientific basis is laid for the construction in the next stage. The experiment result shows that not only the expected anti-seepage standard is met, but some experiences are also got for the curtain grouting under a complicated condition, moreover, some pertinent references are provided for the construction of curtain grouting for the similar large project as well.
