摘要
宁夏灌区衬砌渠道破坏的等级划分和评价体系方面,国内目前尚无统一的标准,也无规范可循。在渠道工程改造建设中,仅凭经验确定工程改造方案,会在某些程度上造成决策失误。通过总结国内外以往相关研究成果和经验,研究制定宁夏灌区渠道工程破坏的类型、评价指标内容及权重、指标计分标准、分析评价方法、综合评价结论,提出了适合宁夏灌区特点、满足渠道安全运行、经济实用、防渗防冻胀效果显著的渠道安全评价体系,取得了较好的实际效果。
At present, no unified standards are there for the failure classification and assessment system for the lined canals in Ningxia Irrigation Area in China, while no any criteria can be followed as well. Therefore, some decision-making errors will oc- cur on a certain extent, if the improvement or reconstruction schemes are empirically determined during the construction of the relevant irrigation projects. Based on the summarization made on the previous experiences study results and experiences con- cerned at home and abroad, the types, content and weight of the assessment indexes, the grading standard of indexes, the a- nalysis and assessment methods and the comprehensive assessment conclusions for the assessment on the failures of the canals in Ningxia Irrigation Area are studied and defined, and then an economic and practical safety assessment system suitable for the characteristics therein and satisfying the safe operation of the irrigation canals in Ningxia Irrigation Area with significant effects of anti-seepage and frost heave resistance is put forward herein, from which a better practical application effect is obtained as well.
